On average, it takes between 3 - 6 months for us to build and customise a solution.

Phase 1 (Max 2 Weeks)
Discovery & Planning
  • We work with clients to understand their business and its needs. We merge their initial concept with everything our team knows. Here, we assess the possible challenges and identify ways to overcome them.
Phase 2 (Max 2 Weeks)
Features & Architecture
  • We establish what features go into the product and how they will work together. Here, we draft a skeletal framework for the solution in the form of wireframes.
Phase 3 (Max 2 weeks)
Design
  • When it comes to first impressions, it’s all about design. We’ll put our passion for good design to work and based on approved wireframes we’ll design all screens.
Phase 4 (Max 3 Months)
Development
  • The development process is broken down into sprints based on feature sets. Our agile-based development process allows the client to regularly review and assess what we’re building.
Phase 5 (Max 6 Weeks)
Quality Assurance
  • Our Quality Assurance team will test the solution after each development sprint and once all major functionality is implemented, we’ll prepare a Beta Build.
Phase 6
Launch
  • After passing the Beta Build through a final round of QA and refinements, we’ll have in our hands a Release Candidate Build.
Phase 7
Maintenance
  • We provide our clients with 3-months bug fixing period as well as 6-months maintenance packages that cover everything from small updates all the way to whole new versions plus training free of charge.
Phase 8
Documentation, Knowledgebase & Training
  • Our team of friendly experts are always ready and eager to help should you not find answers from our extensive documentation. Just log a ticket for assistance.
Phase 9
Extended Support
  • You can extend the support on your solution to a maximum of 3 year cycles in increments of 6 months. Contact our accounts department before your support lapses for offers and discounts.

Turbotics - is a multi-faceted digital company that develops and maintains a broad spectrum of simplified, fast, reliable, customised mobile, web and cloud-based workflow / process management solutions for businesses.

Yes, we do build solutions for individuals provided that the proposed solution falls within the scope of the key focus i.e Sales, Process / Project or Labs.

Yes, our solutions come with free 3-months bug fixes and a minimum of 6 months support and maintenance updates. Support can be extended to a maximum of 3 year cycles in increments of 6 months.

You buy the usage right of the solution, whilst Turbotics holds the right to the intellectual property of the solution. You can use the solution as much as you like beyond its support period, however, Turbotics will provide no maintenance and security updates to such solution.

Expect between 3 - 6 months for Turbotics to customise a solution for you. The reason for the period, is so that extensive usability and security tests are conducted on the solution.

Unfortunately, its not possible to provide an exact price as our solutions are custom built based on client needs. Please use the request quote functionality to get an estimated cost.

We require a 10% commitment fee or a signed purchase order for us to commence with the work. The full payment will be due within 14 days from the day, the final solution is delivered. The commitment fee is refundable should you decide against procuring the solution at a later date. We only accept EFT payments.
